Sanibel and Captiva Accommodations is a family business that offers turnkey rental packages for
vacation property owners on Sanibel and Captiva. Vacation rentals have been our primary business for
more than 35 years; that makes us the experts - the most established vacation property management
program on the islands!

For top level concepts, we worked with a premier national marketing company that specializes in vacation
rental promotion. They helped us develop a strategic marketing plan that includes everything from
aggressive inbound marketing and creative strategies to analytics and loyalty programs.
An island-based advertising company assists with our branding, while a dedicated Marketing Manager
coordinates all media to see that our message shines through.
We continually search for additional opportunities to increase our properties' exposure to the market in an effective manner.
TECHNOLOGY
Technology is today's most efficient way to connect owners with guests.
Our state-of-the art vacation rental website has just been updated; it features inviting, user-friendly design
and high-resolution images of properties. The reservation system is among the best for vacation rentals
and its listings of properties increase our overall search engine optimization.
In July 2012 we became the first vacation rental company in the area - and one of the first in the
country - to employ a customized mobile app for vacation planning. It provides visitors with a
wealth of information about the Sanibel Captiva area.
The Visitors App
Visitors are invited to download an Options for Visitors app that offers:
- Local maps
- Activities and events
- Featured restaurants
- The ability to review and book accommodations
Once visitors book and pay, they receive an email inviting them to download a comprehensive guest app.
The Guest App
This app opens the lines of communication between guest and property owner. It gives guests:
- Photos and videos of property exteriors, interiors, views, amenities and surroundings
- Rental policies and procedures
- Directions to the home or condo
- 24/7 access for questions and service requests
- Personalized notifications and updates
- Recommendations for places to see and things to do
- Information on available concierge services
Guests are able to share app content with their traveling partners.
