"This is a great condo!" said a guest; and it is. Just imagine having morning coffee on this lanai, looking out at the Gulf of Mexico through the palm trees, wonderful! The soothing, pleasant decor in this 3rd floor condo will relax you and the beautifully updated kitchen will entice you to cook even if you are on vacation! Living room carpet and dining room furniture have been recently replaced. From here you can enjoy the rest of Sanibel and Captiva; go fishing, golfing, shopping (a must), and try some of the wonderful Sanibel and Captiva restaurants. Fill up your camera with pictures for memories to last until next year!

Beds are K, 2T, Q Sleeper sofa. Amenities include 2 flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players, washer and dryer, wireless internet with password. Beach chairs, beach towels, clubhouse & pool, heated pool, shuffleboard, elevators, assigned covered parking. Maximum Occupancy 6. Non-Smoking.

Sanibel is a fantastic vacation spot!!We had a wonderful time.The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean and a perfect location. The only thing it needs is to be updated. New mattresses in all the rooms would be a great start. We could see and hear the ocean from our room and that was wonderful at night. Would love the come back again some day. Thanks

Very nice condo with a perfect location, just steps from the beach and a very short drive or bike ride to shops. Beautiful new kitchen. Decor was alittle miss matched but overall a great vacation for a great value!

We love the unit, location, staff support. This was our 2nd visit. Disappointed by how dirty the sliding glass doors overlooking the beach were. We also did not have the entire starter kit that was mentioned in the prep letter: no dishwasher or laundry detergent, no bar soap, virtually no tissue paper,and no garbage bags. We certainly managed just fine but, bottom line, there was some room for improvement.
