Pointe Santo is a 141-unit Sanibel Island condo rental complex located on West Gulf Drive near Tarpon Bay Road at the southernmost tip of Sanibel Island. This condo complex is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, and it is also just a short bike ride to the Bailey Tract of the Wildlife Refuge. The Pointe Santo complex is located on a beautiful stretch of beach along the Gulf of Mexico, with pristine sand and abundant shells just waiting for you! You might even find a game of beach volleyball in action.

Pointe Santo 's manicured lawns, tropical landscaping, and stunning bougainvillea vines make you feel like you're on an island paradise. These Sanibel condos offer either 2 or 3 bedrooms, and some units are located on the ground level. Other levels in the complex are accessible by elevator. On-site, you will find a heated courtyard pool, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard and beautiful tropical landscaping with swaying palm trees and water features. A minimum stay of one week is required from mid-December thru April. Three-night stays are permitted during the remainder of the year.

During peak season, Pointe Santo is a great Sanibel vacation rental for families. Pointe Santo offers supervised children’s programs for kids ages four and up including crafts, shell bing and movie nights. Pointe Santo also features adult-only swim times as well as activities for both teenagers and adults. Honeymooners and couples seeking a romantic getaway will love the tropical grounds, the gulf views from every unit, and the close access to an array of Sanibel activities.
