A corner 2nd floor condo with a large wrap-around lanai is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a cool tropical drink in the evening. For ultimate convenience, just take the staircase from the lanai down to the ground floor cabana and you're just steps to the pool and beach. And, it's even been completely updated with new furniture and a beautiful kitchen! You'll even enjoy cooking; but not too much because there are so many wonderful restaurants to visit. A great condo to come back to after shelling, biking, kayaking, and all those other vacation things you want to do!!Beds are K, Q, Q Sleeper sofa. Amenities include 3TVs, 2DVD/VCRs, washer and dryer, High Speed Wireless Access; heated condo pool, BBQs, covered parking. Maximum Occupancy 6. Non-Smoking. We have stayed in this condo(T-206) for the last 5 or 6 years and think it is one of the finest. Very comfortable, nicely decorated a great view and always well maintained. Diane and Angie were great to work with. Angie made our check in process a very pleasant experience. Angie was great to deal with. I had two conversations with people from Ohio and Indiana. The man from Indiana asked how we like Sundial East and I told him we have been coming back to Sundial East for about 13 years and have stayed in two other complexes but we think Sundial East is the nicest especially T-206. He rented his condo right from Sundial and I told him that we went thru Sanibel Accommodations and what great service we have always gotten. We loved dealing with Robin. Angie and Diane have stepped in are doing a great job. I highly recommended Sanibel Accomadation to both people I had spoken with. Hopefully they will be future customers of Sanibel Accomadations. Also a big thanks to Mrs. Mahoney for letting us rent her beautiful condo. Our little piece of Heaven. Thanks again. See you next year. Same time same place.

We loved everything about our visit. We had very specific requirements for the unit we wanted to rent, and Traci found several units that fit our needs for us to pick from. An end unit, closest to the sand, cannot be beat for breakfast on the balcony or wine at sunset. The views were fantastic. This unit was nicely decorated from the granite counter top to the placemats on the dining table. We have stayed in Sanibel before and enjoyed our accommodations, but this unit will be our first choice in the future.

My family and I have enjoyed vacations at the Sundial in Sanibel for the last 15 years, and we always have a great time. This time, we brought my in-laws for their 50th wedding anniversary, along with friends of my children. It was a wonderful vacation, and I have to thank Carissa and the exceptional staff at Sanibel Accommodations for going the extra mile to make our anniversary celebration a very memorable experience. Thank you very much!! We'll definitely be back!
